• 1 Night stay at Kasol at selected hotel
• 3 Nights stay at Manali at selected hotel
• 2 Nights stay at Shimla at Selected hotel
• 1 Night stay at Chandigarh at selected hotel
• 8 Breakfast & 7 Dinners
• All sightseeing by an individual vehicle as per itinerary.
• Railway Station & Hotel pickup & drop.
• Assistance on arrival.
• Check in & Check out at 12 noon. 
• Including all fuel charges, parking charges, toll tax, green tax and driver bata.

Exclusions

• Cost of Lunch.
• Any monument entry fees / camera fees.
• Any meal, which is not mentioned above.
• Any guide charges
• For Heater Requirement directly contact to Hotelier
• Any adventure activity skiing, paragliding etc
• Any personal Expenses- Laundry, shopping etc....
• Rohtang Pass
• Any expenses incurred due to Exigencies.
• Cost of Insurance for any extra stay pre/post tour.
• High Season / Festive Season Supplements Applied by Hotels From Time to Time.
• Laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, shopping, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming the part of the group menus.

TERMS & CONDITION

• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. 
•  Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher. 
•  No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on a case to case basis.
•  Extra Bed Means Extra Mattress
• Any Legal Dispute Will Be Done Under Amalner Judiciary Only
• If you share our company product with other Travel Agents, Mahesh Tours and Travel reserves the right to take legal action against you & the Travel Agent.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations, amendments, or refunds related to hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, and other services shall be governed by the rules and cancellation policies of the respective airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and other concerned authorities. The company shall not be held responsible for any charges levied by such service providers.
